Paul Roy brokered a swap of two industrial condos at the Branford Business Park on East Main Street. The owner of #18, Jody’s Recovery Room, a reupholstering company, needed to expand and bought the 3,900 sq ft Unit # 15/16 owned by Bryan Geremia. Geremia was able to downsize by buying Unit # 18, a 1,690 square foot condo.
