Jim joined H. Pearce Company in July 2005 as an associate within the Commercial Division. Prior to that, Jim held various management positions within the Southern New England Telecommunications Company. Retiring after 30 years with SNET, Jim was responsible for the account management and the marketing of telecommunications services to most all of the Fortune 100 and 500 corporations within the southern part of CT including the corporate headquarters of General Electric.

Most recently, Jim has been an active Real Estate Investor and Property Manager.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport, where he earned a B.A. Degree in Political Science. Jim is also a veteran who served overseas in the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) of the U.S. Army.

He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the State of Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, and the Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS®. He is also a member of the Commercial Investment Division of the Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS®, as well as the Milford Chamber of Commerce.

Jim spent his formative years in West Haven and Milford and has been a lifelong New Haven area resident. In the community, Jim has been active in numerous SNET sponsored organizations and initiatives, as well as having been the past president of the Woodbridge Aquatic Club, helping develop young swimmers.

Jim is the father of three children and presently resides with his wife, Tina, in Bethany.
