Neil
Riley has been with the H. Pearce Company's
Industrial/Commercial Division since early
1992. He has been involved in residential
and land sales since 1985 having previously
been with Carsan Real Estate and Dollar-Dry-Dock
Real Estate companies.
Mr.
Riley's clients include: Porter & Chester
Institute, FDIC; Audio Connection, Inc.; Okonite
Company; Hartford Stamp Works; Acme Auto;
Bell/Simmons Company; Campers Marketplace;
Thirty Whiting Street Associates; Eckart &
Finard; Webster, Mechanics and Fleet Banks,
General Financial Services and the State of
Connecticut.
Mr.
Riley has been involved in all aspects of
the business including retail, office, industrial
leasing, investment properties and land sales
which resulted in more than $2 million in
sales in 1994, over $2.5 million in sales
in 1995, $4.5 million in 1996, $4.3 million
in 1997, $2.8 million in 1998 and $2.8 million
in 1999, $3.9 million in 2000, $2.8 million
in 2001, $1.4 million in 2002, and $4.3 million
in 2003.
Neil
is a member of the Greater Hartford Association
of REALTORS®, Commercial Investment Division
of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS®,
and the National Association of REALTORS®.
