Peter joined the H. Pearce Company's Industrial & Commercial Division in August 2000. Prior to that, Peter was Vice President at First Union National Bank.

Peter brings to the company nearly 20 years of commercial and real estate banking in the greater New Haven and greater Hartford markets. During his banking career, Peter generated and managed hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate transactions. As a commercial associate at H. Pearce Company, in part through its mentoring program, Peter has made instrumental contributions to a number of significant investor development projects, property valuations, and commercial property searches.

In addition, Peter has been involved with numerous community organizations including the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce and the United Way Campaign. He presently serves as Vice President of the Thimble Islands Association, a local property owners group. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and lives in Branford with his wife, Susan, and their four children.
