Veteran
real estate pro Phil Barber joined the H.
Pearce Company in December 1999 as an associate
in its North Haven Industrial & Commercial
Division office. Prior to joining H. Pearce,
he worked as an industrial/commercial broker
for over 22 years, operating his own company
for 20 years.
Phil
brings his vast experience in the industrial
and commercial markets to every transaction
and client, whether it is within the greater
New Haven-to-Hartford corridor or along I-95
on the Connecticut shoreline. His experience
includes many years in the construction trades;
responsibility for selling, purchasing, and
leasing over a half-million square feet of
commercial and industrial space; and working
with clients to layout and design industrial
space to their requirements and specifications.
Phil's sales and leasing volume to date exceeds
$100 million.
His
clients have always received professional,
reliable and honest service, and now Phil
can call on H. Pearce Company's name and reputation,
its administrative support staff and market
presence, in addition to two Industrial &
Commercial offices in North Haven and Wethersfield,
to expand his professional service offerings.

Phil
is an active member of the New Haven Board
of REALTORS® and the Connecticut Association
of REALTORS®.
Phil
resides in Branford with his wife, Marieanna.
He is a member of Masonic Lodge #103 in North
Haven. His involvement in the coaching of
various sport groups within North Haven has
included Little League baseball, girls' softball,
and as officer and coach of North Haven Youth
Hockey. Phil recently coached the North Haven
Special Olympic Team and received an award
in recognition of outstanding support and
contribution to the Town of North Haven.
