Vincent joined H. Pearce Company in February 2001 as an associate within the Industrial and Commercial Division. Prior to that, Vincent spent 33 years in the aerospace industry, where he worked in manufacturing operations, primarily in the manufacturing and business unit management sectors. He has had extensive experience in the relocation of manufacturing operations, including plant, process, equipment and personnel movement.

Vincent is a graduate of the University of New Haven, where he earned a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering.

He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the State of Connecticut Association of REALTORS, and the Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS®. He is also a member of the Commercial Investment Division (C.I.D.) of the Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS®.

Vincent is a lifelong New Haven area resident. In the community, he has been active in the North Haven Little League, where he served as coach, league commissioner and an executive board member. In addition, he has also served as the local Pratt & Whitney Aircraft representative to the Partners in Education program at North Haven Middle School.

Vincent resides in North Haven with his wife, Betsy, and four children.
