Virginia L. Vinci has been a Commercial Real Estate Associate since 1985 joining the H. Pearce Company in April, 1991. She has received annual awards for outstanding achievement in commercial real estate.

Her clients include Comcast Cable, A T & T Broadband, The Institute for Professional Development (Albertus Magnus College), Porter and Chester Institute, COX Communications, Randstad North America, Webster Bank, American Eagle Federal Credit Union, SignARama, H & R Block, ETP, Fischer North American, Data Optics, and CT Pipetrades to name a few.

Ms. Vinci's responsibilities include negotiating sales contracts and leases, tenant and landlord exclusive representation, investment analysis, feasibility studies and marketing.

Previously, Ms. Vinci was the Executive Vice President of Automated Chemical Systems, Inc. in Meriden, CT and served on the Board of Directors of Resource Control and Environmental Systems Engineering. She was assistant to the President of a large construction company that developed condominium projects, and Assistant Director of the Town of Cromwell Sewer Department. This solid business experience has helped her to more thoroughly service her clients' needs.
