Craig
joined H. Pearce Company's Commercial Division
early in 1997. He holds undergraduate and
graduate degrees in Engineering, and an MBA
in Finance. Prior to joining H. Pearce, he
worked for more than eighteen years in Engineering
and Information Systems.
Prior
to being named manager of H. Pearce Company's
Commercial Division in 1999, with offices
in North Haven and Rocky Hill, Craig successfully
closed millions of dollars in sales and lease
transactions.
Craig
has also earned the highly respected Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation,
issued by the CCIM Institute. The CCIM designation
is awarded upon completion of a graduate-level
curriculum in financial analysis, market analysis,
decision analysis, and advanced techniques
in marketing and leasing, as well as attainment
of a level of qualifying experience. CCIM's
form a business network encompassing 1,000
markets throughout the world. He is also professionally
affiliated with the Greater New Haven Association
of REALTORS®, Inc. and its Commercial
Investment Division.
Craig's
corporate experience, rigorous training, and
management tenure qualify him to leverage
the expertise of the Commercial Division to
identify your needs, thoroughly analyze your
options, and professionally manage your commercial
real estate projects.
Craig
resides in Branford, serves his professional
community as an officer of the Connecticut
CCIM Chapter and as a member of the Branford
Chamber of Commerce Business Development Committee,
and serves the handicapped community as past-president
of the Branford LIONS Club.
