Paula is a 20 year veteran of the real estate industry with a background in sales and marketing. At Pearce, she formerly acted as Director of Marketing and Public Relations, Director of Distinctive and Luxury Homes Division and Residential Real Estate Sales Associate.

Paula offers over 15 years of business development experience. It is her top priority to ensure that clients are offered a full menu of commercial and relocation services. She ensures that client needs are met and objectives achieved.

Paula is a graduate of Merrimack College in Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and holds her Connecticut real estate license.
